Cindy Agency works in the same way as all other russian and Ukrainian dating agencies work. They collect single ukrainian and russian women profiles who are interested in marriage abroad and post them on the site. And as business dictates they also provides tour services for those singles who are planning to visit Ukraine. Cindy Agency members’ database at the moment of our review had 1500+ women from Dnepropetrvosk and others Ukraine cities. Women age differs from 18 to 55 year old. It’s rather big database size taking into account that Cindy Agency is working only in 3 Ukrainian cities.

Another factor which impressed us is that Cindy Agency does not accept women profiles online. All women interesting in publishing their personal information on site should visit agency’s offices and leave there photos and other information about them.
