the Site works great, the problem is in the actual women on there.
If the women on this site look too good to be true, that's because they do!
I am 35, 6'2", not bald, not fat, and a successfull doctor in Canada. I decided to give this a chance as my ex of 3 years had left me and I wanted to try something new. Boy, was I in for a shock!

I connected with three women (not ladies as the site calls them). I traveled to Ukraine to meet them.
The first had totally lied about her English ability. She had it put it to "advanced" on her profile. She knew not a single word in English. Without telling me, she brought an Anastasia interpreter who charged $60.
They insisted on meeting at only this one restaurant, which I did just to be nice. They then ordered the most expensive items on the menu, bringing the bill to $300. They suggested that I take them to another restaurant of their choice the next day (and to that I said no).

The next date turned out even worse. Even though she spoke good English, she brought her cousin again to this restaurant of her choice. Without asking me and in Russian, they ordered 8 dishes of appetizers!!! and the most expensive wine and entres on the menu. I finally got so pissed that I got up and left. They then threatened to call the police on me and holding me hostage in the country. I threw $150 at them got the hell out of there (total bill would have been north of 400 had I stayed).

The third date did not even show up.

Don't waste your money and stay home. date women in your own neck of the woods. That's my advice.
These women think of foreign men who go there as suckers. They don't care what you look like, or what you do, they just want to take you for a hell ride and leave you feeling so empty and used.

I believe this is a way they have to make the customers pay more than they really should. I would suggest that you do not read the bunch of messages you most likely are or will be getting. Instead, contact the ladies first. I recently got a mail from an interesting lady (I am hoping it was real) and I replied to her without actually reading "her first letter." According to their records, the letter was read yesterday (Feb 14) and I am still waiting for the reply. If it works I will let you guys know. I'm pretty sure the lady does exist, but it's only logical that they are going to try to make as much as they can before you get any actual contact info.

I use Anastasia and I have two big recommendations:

1) Ignore most all of the messages recieved if they are recieved without you initiating this. The web site admits that the agencies are free to send ut that first message. So it is not the lady writing you.

2) pay for a videochat as soon as possible - to see that the lady is real and that she is into you - like the written communication has indicated.

I have done videochats with 4 ladies and I am currently getting very interested in one lady - she is a stunning beauty and is sweet and smart. she has the body of Angelina Jolie - without the fake silicon, and the personality of a Jennifer Gardner - I would never, never, never find a lady this amazing in the USA!!. Of course, I won't turn it into a big deal at all until we meet. Hopefully that will happen in April!

I have been corresponding with a Ukrainian Women for almost 2 months now. Total out of pocket so far $120! I can completely understand a $6 a letter translation fee as some of our letters get quite long...LOL

I have really found the values and personalities of the Ukrainian Women to be a far better match to what I am truly looking for in a wife!

If you want to be treated like GARBAGE then this web site is for you. This company SUCKS from its main office in Maine in the USA to their customer service department for the website which I believe is in Moscow all the way down to its so-called agencies and translators. I have never in all my life encountered a company that is so clueless as to what customer service is about as this company. Yes, sure you can communicate with ladies by writing and receiving letters from the ladies but be prepared to literally have to decipher the poor translations of letters to maybe understand what the lady has written to you about.
This company's number 1,2 and 3 priority is to count the money that you spend on their products. Every single time I have brought some kind of issue to their attention their first solution to the problem was to use another of their services which would therefore cost me more money. They have no problem solving capabilities whatsoever. They defy logic and use no common sense at all. Their logic is so twisted that they have and enforce insane policies from Mars that actually... get this... stand in the way of bringing two people together. Now correct me if I am wrong, but isn't that the sole function of their company? Isn't that the solitary purpose of the business that they are in... to bring people together? But yet, when a lady writes in her letter to me, "get my contact information from the agency" they refused to give me the lady's address. But ... if the lady actually writes her address in a letter to be translated... then the address will be included in the letter. How is that for no common sense and sheer stupidity. This may be only one specific example of their insanity but believe me I have been dealing with them for several years and this is the norm for them. Getting them to do the right thing in many circumstances is like trying to get a child to clean their room and do their homework and eat all their vegetables.
